  • when you choose to connect your account with an external third party service or application, such as Facebook.

  • when you register for any survey, campaign, contest and/or lucky draw with us.

The personal information we collect from you will be used, or shared with third parties (including related companies, third party service providers, and third party sellers), for some or all of the following purposes:

  • to verify your identity, update our records and generally maintain your account with us.
  • provide our Services and customise the content shown to you.

  • responding to your queries and resolving complaints.
  • carry out polls, surveys, analysis and research on how our Services are being used and how we can improve them.

  • further, we will use the information you provide to administer your account (if any) with us; verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online; audit the downloading of data from CoachRadar’s website; improve the layout and/or content of the pages of the Services and customise them for users; identify visitors to the Services; carry out research on our users’ demographics and behaviour; provide you with information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us, including information about our or third party sellers’ products and services, provided you have indicated that you have not objected to being contacted for these purposes.

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about users of our Services and sales to prospective partners, advertisers, sponsors and other reputable third parties in order to describe our Services, deliver targeted advertisements or for other lawful purposes, but these information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

  • when you register for an Account, the information which you make available on your profile may be viewed by other users of our Services. Other users of our Services would also be able to view the content which you upload and share on our Services.

We have security measures in place to protect Personal Data within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. CoachRadar or our authorized service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies for storing information to help provide you with a better, faster, safer and personalized experience when you access or use the Services.
